Fostair side effects -how long after stopping Fostair?

Hi,

I tried different inhalers - get short of breath on Seretide, cough more on Relvar , but Fostair by far was the worst - lots of side effects - hands tremor , hands feel numb, numb mouth with lots of mucus , joint and chest pains, etc.

I stopped it 2 days ago but side effects don't disappear . How long can it take for side effects ( like hands tremor) to subside?
