Hi just thought I’d pop by and c how everyone doing I’m not to bad lungs being good for a change just been bit low at the moment but will get through it as long as my chest stays how it is hope everyone doing ok take care

Hi Tracey, glad to hear you are doing ok, chest wise. I'm frustrated with my chest, fed up of it not settling down. I've been off work almost 3 months but due to go back on 1 November, even thougj I'm still feeling naff. Sending you best wishes x

Oh Hun I’m sorry to hear u having problems mine touch wood not to bad bit chesty but nothing to worry about which is strange as under so much stress at the moment with him me stuff and by now it’s normally kicked in big time hope u manage to get urs sorted big hugs x

Thank you. Signed off work for another month and prescribed steroids as per usual. Hope you continue to stay in good health and your stress eases. Take good care x

Hi Tracey. Nice to know that your doing okay 👌 I’m still struggling with the breathlessness. But to be fair I’m a lot better.

My neighbours 3 doors away had a fire on Sunday. I wasn't too bad Sunday and yesterday, but woke up in the night a bit breathless. This morning I am having trouble getting my asthma under control. Will call GP if it doesn't settle down. Hope you are feeling ok.

Hi Tracey, glad you are well. I have yet another cold/chest infection oh and sinus infection which I can't seem to get rid of even after nasal sprays etc... *sigh*.. so yay me!...phoned the Dr yesterday and she just said she would write a prescription for more steroids and antibiotics (they know me so well lol)... didn't have the energy to go get them yesterday.. will try to go get them today....other than that I'm great!

Oh no I’ve had three so far in a month nth but at the moment not doing to bad thank god makes. Change for me. U take care and stay warm

Hi Tracey. Glad you are feeling a bit better. I am not too bad but chest is not perfect due to the cold weather. Got other health issues which are getting worse so lot of anxiety xxx
