An observation!

Here I am still very in hospital, on the special Respiratory wards, sharing a bay with some critically ill patients.

How is it then that two patients are dedicated smokers and leave the ward when the craving hits them?

Please, don't get me wrong, I am not judging, but merely making an observation that not even in this austere environment, the weed wins? Nite nite friends

When people are stressed it is hard to fight cravings. When my father-in-law was diagnosed with emphysema, he was given a choice, stop smoking and live or keep smoking and only have a few more years. He quit and it has been about 10 years now. Not everyone can do that though.
