Oh my. You fair know when the next jag is due. Supermarket shop with four year old was a task too far.
Sitting on sofa, completely done out. Other half made lunch for us all. Wraps with cheese and ham. Quick and easy. Volunteering himself to walk up the north face of the Eiger to grandson’s school at 3pm.
Be kind to yourself, as kind as you would be to anyone else. If you can't manage, see if you can look after your grandson a bit less. Obviously you want to see him, and I know that it feels that in a short time he will be at school all day, and maybe you have to make the most of this, but not at the expense of your own health. Talk to your other half and to grandson's parent(s). You can only do what you can do and no more.
Thanks ChrissieMons. 😊 To be fair, other half and grandson’s parents do tell me to take it easy. I just don’t listen half the time. Like most of us, I’m unwilling to accept some days won’t be hundred per cent. 😀
