My 2 year old son has just been diagnosed with asthma after two visits to A&E with breathing difficulties in the last six weeks... (has has a history of eczema and food allergies too). A friend has recommended Salt Caves, and I wondered if anyone here had tried them, for themselves or their children? Would be interested to hear positive and negative experiences! Thanks

I went to some salt caves a while ago for a free session. They did not do much for me except a splitting headache! I am not sure but I think you have to be over a certain age something like 16 years old. I would check with them first because I think your son is too young.
My teenage son went to a salt cave whilst abroad, didn't help his asthma at all.
