House dust triggers chest infections

Hi! I live in Florida and am in the middle of de-cluttering my home. Last time I did this I got a severe chest infection, so-this time I wore a mask. I am now coughing up a storm and have a very painful chest. I am taking over the counter decongestants and allergy medicine and using my inhalers quite frequently. I also purchased air purifiers with low ozone-which I am now reading could be bad? Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop this madness? (Besides not having clutter;) lol

Hi Nw1973

It depends on what your triggers are and it can be hard to avoid if you're having to move things about in your home, there's some information and tips with dealing with your indoor environment here: bit.ly/2sJHyCK

It also covers air filters and purifiers.

Hope that helps,

Dita

rest every five mins with a cool flannel on your face, only do what you can don't pressurise yourself, see if someone else can hep. use microfiber cloth to collect dust rather than spray, or dilute spray and use minimum required.drink water in an other room,

Use natural cleaning products and not chemical ones?

Ask for helpers!

Open all windows and doors if safe too (so you get natural air in)

Prevent build ups
