I am looking to start physiotherapy for better breathing exercises and overall better asthma management. Does anyone have any advice or reviews of their physio treatment. Thanks

Sorry, I don't know anything about this, but am hoping someone comes along who does. I'd really like to know more about how that all works and if it would help. 😊
I had physio for both breathing control and a supervised exercise class. It was great , gave me the confidence to maintain some exercise which improved my asthma control.
