It's funny what patients manage to liquidise. When I was studying a patient had had their teeth wired together for weight loss (shows how old I am) and wasn't losing weight, when we asked for a food diary she'd been mincing fish and chips and liquefying them with mushy peas, ditto pies and all sorts of high fat foods. We were all floored by it and it really opened the eyes of us naive trainees to the tricks patients were liable to get up to. We all used to laugh about the fish dinner shakes.

Lol im gonna be on slim fast and custard i blended cottage pie last time after surgery like they told me to it makes the food taste totally different and horrible not to mention what it looked like fair play to them if they can eat like that mind you if your desparate youd eat anything
