You should be able to use your inhalers with a spacer. I know that other people in the forum have given you this advice. You can get a spacer from the Pharmacy. With a spacer you can take little breaths, and don't have to breath the medicine all at one time. They can be prescribed, but are not very expensive. Your pharmacist will explain exactly how to use it.

It means if you don't use the medicine prescribed for your asthma you will possibly get worse, or may have a bad attack.

I presume your pumps are inhalers and now you have stopped talking them your body has no protection against any trigger which could set off your asthma. Therefore you put yourself at very serious risk of a serious or even fatal asthma attack.

Your blood pressure will not tell you how good your asthma is, Please go immediately to asthma UK Web page and read the pages on asthma management etc . Remember 5 people die of asthma everyday in the UK. 3 of these death could have been prevented with good asthma management.

Please tell me what medication are you on? Inhaler are given to asthmatic to lower the risk of having an asthma attack. Ventolin is what you use when your symptoms get worse coughingb tightness of the chest and not being able to breath. Even people with mild asthma who only have Ventolin can have an asthma attack. You are I presume on more medication than that. Having an asthma attack doesn't not mean you will end up in hospital. If you have one and the Ventolin stops your attack then you still have to see your doctor within 24 hours. To check your okay.

I don't understand why you think you will be okay. If you want to play fast and lose with your condition you are playing a very dangerous game.
