hi all I took my first day of prednisolone 6x5mg today. Its been the best day i felt in along time. Bit more alert, more energy bit better breathing etc. Anyone else take them and feel like this and so quickly? or is it just a good day and tomorrow might be different story?

Yes I always feel good as soon as I start taking them, then do too much. The lows are awful though... I usually get those as soon as I stop them. x
Been on5 tabs 25mg daily for 2yrs !!! Suppose I'm used to them now but I used to get the pred buzz back in the day ! Lol .... do too much and suffer!! Hope they help you. Good luck .

A good response... Just make sure when you're over this exacerbation..That you have a review to make sure you're on the right preventer to keep you feeling well
