Hi guys hope your all ok. I'm on second week of 3 of tappered pred and apart from a few needs for ventolin ( very high / high pollen and now the dreaded time of the month for us ladies but on a happy note I'm feeling good 👍🏻 Infact I've never felt so good in ages 👏

But that's on steroids has anyone felt great on steroids and as soon as they finish its back to square one, I've had this problem with short term dose

Yes it makes us feel good so difficult to break off.. Are you on antihistamines? They are the best for pollen and the Nasonex nasal spray but I wash my nose regularly with sea salt spray to prevent dryness and nose bleeds.
