I'm new here

I've been struggling with asthma since I was a toddler. I'm better at controlling it now but my experiences have made me realise how important it is to control and manage asthma effectively. I'm now a researcher at De Montfort University, Leicester with a primary interest in respiratory health with the hope to improve asthma self management in all communities.

good for you to put your asthma first and do do research for it too!... we need more people like you that know asthma from both sides....hope you do well!

Thank you, that means a lot. I really hope to improve asthma self care, it's especially important in the UK with the rising rates of both diagnosis and asthma deaths :(
