Intal

I have found that the usual treatment (Cortisone inhalers and Singulair and Albuteral) does not give me all the relief I need. There used to be a medication on the market called Intal. Apparently a lot of people did not find it helpful, but I found it tremendously helpful. I have to order it from oversees (I am in United States). You need to take at least 20 mg a day. I also take theophalline, 800 mg a day. And I have found 2 herbs by natures sunshine that help:

ALJ and Histoblock.

Between all those medications, I am usually able to work, exercise and sleep comfortably.

Here is a summery of what I take:

Symbicort inhaler - 4 puffs a day

Theophylline - 800 mg a day

Singulair: 20 mg a day

Intal inhaler- 20 mg a day

Natures Sunshine ALJ: 8 per day

Natures Sunshine: Histoblock: 4 a day.

No, I do not work for Natures Sunshine! It has taken me a long time to figure out this combination. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance to anybody.
