Strange that you have posted this today. My husband has been banging on about this being good for asthmatics! A quick google and it seems that asthmatics are typically low in magnesium. He has been out today and bought a magnesium spray from Holland and Barretts by 'Better You'. It's a bit weird as you spray it onto your skin but seems a good way of getting what you need. Also good for joint pain and other things apparently. I haven't used it yet but have a look and see what you think!
