Anti inflammatory medication

Morning all,

I was diagnosed with Asthma just over a year ago so the treatment options are still all quite new to me. As well as the asthma, I also suffer with endometriosis and interstitial cystitis which meant that I relied heavily on anti inflammatory drugs to control the pain. I have since been told that I absolutely cannot continue with these types of pain relief as they do not mix well with my asthma treatment. I just wondered if anyone could advise if there are any alternative anti inflammatory drugs that are suitable to take?

Vitamins D3, k2 and A are good for helping Asthma, all these vitamins are

anti inflammatorys.

Thanks so much for this. I hadn't even considered vitamins as an alternative. Will give those a go.
