Hi everyone been a while I been to Bellfast for a few nights got back today went with my daughter was really worried about the flight but I was ok was not well on way back with travel sickness and still don't feel right now very tired think I'm coming down with something sore throat, headache ,bunged nose and chest feels bit quirky and very sleepy I hope it's nothing starting again hope everyone ok

Sorry you are not feeling too good. Lots going round at the moment. Glad the flight was ok. I am back on steroids and antibiotics . 3rd lot in as many months. Got clinic on Thursday so I am hoping that they can sort me out! Would be nice to breathe over the holiday ! Look after yourself .

Oh not good I'm on 20mg everyday inless in bad then need more got to go upto 50mg after Xmas ready for my operation not looking forward to that bit hope u go on ok
