Oh no! Keep warm and if you like them a hot toddy, lemon juice, hot water, honey and whisky - or anything you like and maybe if you are like me alcoholic ginger wine too! Might not make you better but you feel ok and it helps you sleep lol. I pop a couple of dispersible paracetamol in there too. Be careful not to exceed the stated dose. Weather not good today so you will be nice and snug inside watching a favourite TV prog.

Hope you feel much better soon.

Keep warm and rest.

Yes it is very mild for the time of year. We didn't have any heating on last night. Got it on low at the moment but just took my cardi off so think we may as well switch the bring off again.

Oh no Tracey! Poor thing!

Are you by any chance still on oral steroids?

Do you have a thermometer to check if you have a fever?

If you are still on steroids or if you're just off steroids & have a fever then you need to get in touch with your GP again (sorry!) - you may need an extra dose of steroids (because of steroid sick day rules) or some antivirals if you're on/just been on steroids & have a bad viral infection.

Hope you feel better soon!

Oh no Tracey, I do hope you don't have another chest infection, they're awful.

I've had a chest infection since June and can't seem to get rid of it.

Take great care of yourself.
