On these dark and damp days, think a happy thought..a past funny situ, a warm beach, a fav place, a hug with a friend..sunshine and warmth will soon calm your lungs..wishing everyone a happy breathe easy day..Helen x

Aww that sounds a lovely idea, ooh and you must have yummy crumbly biscuits to go with your cuppa, book & your snuggle under a blanket..i hope you have had a lovely gentle afternoon..i managed time of my oxygen today and baked a cake.
