Yesterday had a good day thought I was finally getting back to something near my normal. Been struggling all year. Had lot of prednisilone and antibiotics this last 3 months. Today I've been rubbish. Breathless tight chest feeling of suffocation in my throat. Peak flow reading just the same as its been all last week. The weathers Rubbish. Damp drizzle dark and cool so I hope this is the reason.
