Using Salbutamol 2mg/ml nebuliser solution (5mg/2.5ml) ampoule, combined with Ipatroprium Bromide 500 micrograms/2ml nebuliser solution, upto 4 times a day. CPAP every night during sleeping hours.

How many are on a combination like this.

When traveling by air, have to advise airline well in advance to ensure machines and any medications needed, are excluded from weight allowance. This is esspecially important with budget airlines, eg, Easyjet, Ryanair.

I too have home nebs and a cap machine. Luckily I don't have to inform airlines as I can usually manage with inhalers except on one occasion on a long l became so breathless they had to give me oxygen on the flight.

I find the combination to be very good. My quality of sleeping has improved so much since the cpap was introduced. Even my husband gets sleep now bless him.

I have at home the nebuliser provided by the hospital. but I recently bought a battery operated nebuliser from amazon - prices varied from £20 to £120 - I splashed out cos it was faster and quieter than the cheaper. It is really good. and fits in a small pouch making it easy to carry and very light. (just remember to take extra batteries.) mine takes AA. I actually prefer it to the home one. The cpap also has a carry pouch which makes life easier to - I don't take the water part with me on holiday.

Hope this can make your packing a bit easier.

Yes. I know what you mean. I don't have all that but just taking my normal inhalers on those airlines in cabin luggage can be a challenge weight wise.
