Hi,
Just got Spiriva respimat - should I take it in the morning or evening?
Also - how many times do I need to press the button to prime it first - I did 4 times but it says - until a cloud is visible...
Thanks

Doesn't matter wether it's morning or evening I don't think. Whenever is easiest, I take my Spiriva in the evening as that's when I take most of my once a day meds, just easier to remember and not miss a dose. Don't know about priming it as I have the Handihaler.
Thanks. Does it help you? How long did it take until it started working? I've been taking mainly for shortness of breath for a week, felt a bit better first couple of days but now back to square 1
Does anyone believe Spiriva is helping them?
I used the Spiriva handihaler years ago, and didn't think it helped. My doctor now has me using the Spiriva respimat - I don't think it helps, either. I use it twice, morning and night.
I STOPPED using Spiriva Respimat after seven months of one sinus infection after another. My ear/nose/throat doctor said it is a side effect of this inhaler. I suffered a lot with all those infections, took high powered antibiotics that made me sick - all because an inhaler had this side effect. If you are having sinus infections and use Spiriva, keep in mind that even their website shows this is a side effect.
