Sleep and asthma

Hello I'm a severe asthmatic and I'm going through a tough patch at minute which I can't disclose on here however it has resulted in e having to stay up all through night and day in order to look after a loved one, my asthma is tiring me out and the not sleeping obviously is just wiping me out is there anything I could take if I could get someone to do huge watch for me eve. If for a few hours, I'm struggling so much to function and breathe right now.
