New with lots of questions!

Hi I am new!

My daughter is 11, she has always suffered with asthma, we are normally in hospital with her for about 4 weeks of the year!

She has just come out of hospital with pneumonia for the 2nd time this year.

I am hoping to see a consultant again soon...

She is on blue & purple inhalers and Montelukast.

I want to try to do everything to help her, she is so small and skinny, and it is so scary to see her so ill.

I am slowly working my way through this site to make sure I am doing all I can!

I thought it may help to join this forum!

I was just wondering if it is possible to download the 'My Asthma Calendar' as they are out of stock, and I think it would be really helpful to keep a record to show the consultant? asthma.org.uk/Shop/my-asthm...

Are any of your kids skinny? I am trying to fatten her up! but I think her metabolism is high???

What cleaning products do you use that are natural?
