Bit fed up with technical elements on this site

Lost password and received a rather complicated one in return

Could not type in on my iPhone so did cut and past but would not accept as correct

Did same on ipad and it worked

Angry now so am off to delete site

Look after your selfs

Would have been nice to be able to pick a password oneself as I do on several secure HMRC sites

Eddie Hello Eddie,

Have you updated your iPhone recently? There are many subtle changes and this may be why you had problems copying and pasting. I had the same changing mine at first. It is possible to change password, doesn't come up automatically. You can see it by clicking/tapping at the top of the page on 'My Profile' > 'Change password' at the bottom of the list of options.

Please email webeditor@asthma.org.uk if you have any further problems.
