Does anyone else do this?

I had an attack last night after a period where things have been really good, and I did nothing for quite a while as my chest started to get tight, as I had convinced myself there was nothing wrong and I was imagining it. By the time I acknowledged it I was in a panic and it took me quite a long time to calm down and let my inhaler work.

Does anyone else go into denial like this?

Yup all the time! Get told off by my health care people for waiting too long to deal with it! All the joys of asthma!!
