Management of reflux

Really quick question, I'm in hospital and they're messing around a lot with my meds. They've messed up and halved my omeprazole and stopped my domperidone without starting the metochlopramide which has left me with horrible reflux. Aside from staying upright as possible is there anything I should or shouldn't do until my meds have been sorted, obviously it's hard to get drugs changed on a Sunday and I feel a bit miserable and want to feel a smidge better by tommoz!! Will reflux show up on an endoscopy?
