Asthma review on tuesday and concerned sorry was in wrong topic but really need advice

on no steroids atm but asthma is crap not felt good all week and have review on tuesday seeing new asthma nurse and worried they might fob me off any ideas

I would suggest making it clear how often you are getting symptoms, how it is affecting your life, how often you need your reliever and how long that works. Take along a peak flow record if that is relevant to you.
