feeling really frustrated

Feeling very frustrated. At the momment my lungs are acting like those kids that are perfect angels after they've been to time-out and then suddenly forget what is was all about an hour or two later and have to go to the naughty chair all over again. (translation: ventolin inhaler is working, but only for an hour or two. I'm really not wanting to pull out the nebulizer. I did use it this am, but even with the nebulizer after it wears off i'm back down in my yellow zone.

I'm on so much medicine and managed to have several good weeks. I don't understand why this keeps happening. Grrr.
