GP appointment I had on Tuesday

I saw my GP on Tuesday morning and he is wanting me to have a blood test done because I am taking AdCal D 3 tablets he also wants me to have a Chloresterol test done he explained that it all comes back to me being on Prednisolone for several years.

My GP explained about the Chlorestrol test its because Prednisolone can cause high chloresterol.

I am wondering if anyone else has to have blood tests done because they are on AdCal D 3, what are they looking for?

I was on Adcal D3 and its to help and protect your bones with calcium.

Steroids can cause bone problems and a blood test can help keep track on your bones and blood...lol
