Hey I'm using symbicort only when breathing in fast and hard as I can I can feel some particles hitting my tongue what can I do to stop this from happening ?

I've been on symbicort and find that rinsing mouth out after helps, but during inhalation I think it's just gonna be one of those things unfortunately, unless there is a problem with inhaler, speak to your asthma nurse and see if she can help
