tips for doctor's app?

I'm going to book my daughter in with our doc and tackle them about her treatment.

Any tips or suggestions for prep for going? Anything I should take note of? I'm going to try and recall all details of her last episode which was the week before xmas.

I want the app to be as productive as possible and for me to come out feeling a lot more confident in her treatment etc, so any advice is appreciated

I don't have children (and feel like I always say this), but why don't you give the helpline a call? They should be able to give you some hints and tell you what you need to cover; I've found they're good on practical advice.
