Returning to work

I returned to work earlier today after having 2 months off after a 2 week hospital stay for my silly chronic cough and tired lungs. I'm a head of PE in a 3- 16 year old school and many of the students were very happy to see I was back. However this 15 year old lad saw me and said he hadn't seen me for while, in which I replied that I had been off ill. At the top of his voice he shouted "" what you've been on bail"" clearly the whole class stopped and didn't know what to believe. It certainly got rid of my back to work nerves!

I wonder what tomorrow will bring?

I'm glad to hear that you've made it back to work. I work wth kids too and it never ceases to amaze me what they say sometimes. I hope the rest of the week goes well and you enjoy the christmas holidays.

You could use that to your advantage next time they mess you around, a bit of scare tactics! ;-)

Glad you're back at work, hope you get on ok.

tell the student you have made them an appointment to have his hearing checked lol
