tight chest , short of breath

Hello all,

I have a condition that only seems to appear when I take cold fluids or hot food,

so for most of the day I have no problem, then after evening meal or a few cold beers

I get a tight feeling in my chest and am short of breath when walking etc. ?

Anybody know this one .

Hey have u bean teasted for everying mite be a trigger for u I find some times beef can set me off cos of the gas they use in it
