Clenil - How to clean

Hi anyone, I'm wondering if you can clean the inhaler, as the puffs are not coming out. Whilst I know it was getting weaker, and has approx the same amount as my ventolin. I read clenil can clog up. Can you remove the cartridge.

I take the cannisters out of my inhalers, put some warm soapy water in a sink and swoosh the casings atound in it a bit like you might a glass and then leave them to drip dry.

crystal, doesn`t it tell you how to wash it in the instructions?

That's my problem, my darling father, decided to throw all the paper that was on my desk into the bin, without checking it might be useful. Granted my desk is usually used as a dumping bin, for whatever.

I've now set-up a Asthma folder, which I'll put things, just to avoid it happening again. So I'll have my symptom & peak flow diaries & instruction leaflets in one place.

my inhaler instructions say

rinse the holder under warm running water for at least 30 seconds and leave to dry for 24 hours - so I always keep spare holders (don`t throw them all away, rinse them, leave to dry and keep them)

I tried the swooshing in a bowl of warm water but that didn`t work

I've managed to wash it, thanks, i will deffo keep a couple cases, once i finish. I placed the casing by the radiator. So it dried in time for me to use it again.
