Help! Food poisoning and asthma!

I've got food poisoning (from some uncooked sausage a friend fed me). I keep being sick- gross so I'm not keeping my asthma meds down. Worried my asthmas going to kick off.

Any advice?

Get an appointment with your GP, so he can issue you with meds that can be taken in forms other than orally. Just for the short term while you are being sick. Hope you recover from the food posioning soon....

I had this ... See if you can get a shot of im antiemetic so you can keep your meds down. I unfortunately ended up admitted for 24hr for iv hydro and fluids but only because my gp panicked!

Hello Guys food poisoning can impact community protection because it's their liability to make sure our meals our food and fresh to eat.The avoidance of food poisoning would be a better way to solutions that query.Thanks a lot!!

e.. uncooked sausage!? lol food poisoning is usually self limiting, as long as you are keeping fluids down you should be fine. I guess if in another 24hrs you still cant keep any meds down with your fluids, your GP could possibly give you an antiemetic injection. If you are concerned, your GP surgery should be your port of call for advice.

Hope you are feeling better soon, dont eat uncooked sausage LOL!
