i get a very tight chest at night and during sports etc, i have very loud wheezing of the chest and the more i try and clear my throat the tighter my chest gets, i have an itchy hot sensation on my back around where my lung area is everytime i breathe in deep, please can somebody help me out as i dont know what to do anymore, im off to the docs in morn i havnt slept properly in a week. i have just moved into a new flat and i suffer from hay fever, could this be allergies?
