Asthma and sneezing...

Right, I know it's a strange title but give me a minute...

I'm trying to identify my triggers so everytime I get SOB I'm kind if analysing what could have caused it. Hayfever is driving me mad today anyway, but I've noticed that things get worse after I sneeze. I don't mean like a sneezing fit, just one or two sneezes. Anyone else get this? Not sure how I'm going to stop it though! Any ideas why this would be or is it something to do with pollen still? If I take my reliever (I'm being good and using it ;)) and stay still thing go back to how they were.

Well for starters- look at your environment. Is it dirty? dusty? is there mold anywhere? Flowers inside? Outside? Pets? All these things can be considered triggers. I would basically start with one thing at a time and clean them up/eliminate them until you find your symptoms have subsided. Also, have you tried an allergy medication before? These work great!
