my asthma pack?

hi,

has anyones child been given one of the ""my asthma packs"" from their nurse/doctor?

my son received 1 last week. i'm not sure what i think of it apart from its huge!!! my son is happy to fill it out with the stickers, but at 6yrs old he doesnt understand some of the questions on it, - he understands if his chest hurts and he needs his inhaler and he knows if he coughs, but he asked me what the wheezing question means. i know when he's wheezy as i can hear it!

just interested to see what others think. has it helped your child remember to take their inhaler(S) etc?
