Weird sensation in throat

Just wondering whether anyone else has had this, it feels like a lump at the bottom of my throat that comes and goes but somtimes feels like my airway is closing up and i can feel it doing this even after swallowing.

I need advice please

I don't feel like there's a lump in my throat, but have noticed at times when the inhalers aren't powerful enough then it can feel as if my throat/airway is siezing up and I then need to open my mouth to breathe for a while through my mouth.

It is a horrible thing.
