Some people look at people with asthma as soft well now i say to people go for a 30 min sprink then try breathing through a straw !! then when they do they see how hard it can be!
Also some people don't underlated if you don't keep asthma under control or get help when you need it ! it can kill u !
I think people should be made aware that asthma can be life threatning especially employers from christmas this year i had 5 months off because i had attacks that were life threatning but i didnt recover very well & was struggling 2 breathe for the 5 months . Before i went back to work i had a meeting with my boss & she said at least it wasnt something serious.
Maybe there should be programmes on TV making people more aware of what it is like living with asthma.

severe asthma symptoms daily 
How would a rational person deal with this? What would be their thought process?
