Serravent??

I wondered if anyone could help, my little boys (age5) asthma has become uncontrolled and doc has now put him on seravent as well as the higher dose clenil, salbutamol and 5mg montelukast (singular), since starting the seravent it seems to make him petsistently cough, is this a side effect?

He is a silent asthmatic so doesn't wheeze and has very poor peak flow readings.

Any advice gratefully recieved.
