Hi, sorry if this question is stupid but you've probably gathered from my other thread that I'm new to all this!
I'm keeping a peak flow diary and under the graph it says that I should record anything which is likely to affect readings. Today I've noticed that I'm starting to get the symptoms that I always get when I get tonsillitis. Should I record this since I usually get a cough with tonsillitis? (as if it doesn't hurt enough lol!) I took a reading earlier that was similar to what I always get in the evening but my throat is getting worse
Thanks
Sorry if this thread is created more than once, I'm having internet connecting issues and when I press post I get a message saying I've got no connection, then when I reload the page everything is blank :/

No question is silly on here, there are so many things to confuse you about asthma and there is usually someone on here who's experienced it or knows about it so keep asking questions, I do!!!
That is exactly the sort of thing you should note down, also if you do something, feel a certain way and do a pf (peak flow reading), then note down what you were doing or feeling at the time as this can all influence readings and help try to find a pattern or certain triggers.
