MDI's directly into the mouth

This is a bit of a soap box rant for me that those who know me will have heard before.

Please could Astham UK, a professional site, stop using pictures with people using MDI's directly into the mouth. The research is there for all to read. Yes some can use it OK but I would say not everytime all the time. When there are other pictures of hand held devices to use then MDI's should be shown only being used with a spacer. Then others might follow suit.
