more pred?

Hi everyone,

Been having a rough patch and I've been on 50mg of pred for the last 5 days. Today is my last day, but after seeing some improvement yesterday today has gone right back downhill I usually take courses of pred for 7 days +, so feel a bit adrift having finished now and not feeling better. Chest still painful, breathing limited and although my PF seems to be improving I'm still needing my ventolin very regularly. Should I go back and try to see the asthma nurse tomorrow?

Don't really know what is best to do - go back tomorrow or give it a day or so now I've finished.

Personally I'd go back asap so u don't end up back to where u started from.
