Drink drink and be merry

Without wishing to start a long debate on the colour of your urine don't forget to drink loads of hydrating fluid (not booze) now the summer has arrived again!

drink??? alcohol??? :p

ive been on a drinking holiday to spain with my friends... no more alcohol for me.. im sick and on antibioticsss! gives me an excuse to stay away from alcohol for 10 days :)

Hmmm edited first post as I have just realised it could be encouraging everyone to go binge boozing which was not what I meant at all.

I agree with the bluenose.

Is a little bit of booze allowed if equalled with h2o please? Im off on hols down to somerset and am only 5 mins from a big cider brewery so i intend on sampling a fair bit of the local produce!!

I had a few problems recently re asthma control during the day – unusual for me, mostly have problems during the early hours – and had to have some time off work.

Got back to find that I had been inundated by gifts of green tea – loose packed and from International,- guess- where- from- students?! They have all assured me that the various green tea leaves are either hand picked and fresh, or known to have beneficial effects upon the respiratory system.

(Still drinking my way through jasmine tea leaves given to me many months ago by concerned Singaporean work colleague)

Now have at least two years worth of … loose green tea.

Can share Shadowcat!

It’s a very refreshing drink without milk or sugar. In hot weather or not.

I've been assimilating everything Japanese - so green tea, miso soup and sushi down the hatch!

It's a love hate thing like marmite I think - cos my boyfriend doesn't like it - especially the miso cos he says that soya shrinks something!

Hops, last night we drank champagne, today I am drinking guiness, a modicum of alchohol to wash the water down is a good thing :)
