Throat pulling/scratching/rubbing

Today I had a close aftershave encounter and too a wee while to neb out of it I was apparently scratching or pulling at my throat (bad description probably) now I know I was tight chested and struggling a wee bit. Kids say I do this quite often when not so well does anyone else do this and why?

Yes I do it too sometimes - usually in the ambulance which panics the parapanics a bit more because they think I am having an allergic reaction. (probably to ambulances!!)

Though I get a distinct itch in my throat with anaphylaxis so I know it isn't that.

Still irritating though and I sometimes get a rash.

Sean does this when he really tight, Its one of the ways I can tell how bad he is.

Julie, TY I am much better although not brill very twitchy, I am sure a good nights sleep will sort that out though.
