Been having lots of splats with and without warnings.My meds stayed the same and my action plan changed a bit. Now putting Prednesalone on my repeate and when hitting the red zone and need 12 puffs of reliever 4 hourly as i do and all inflamed im to start my steroids.Having lots of pain now with asthma between shoulder blades so have take painkillers.Wont take steroids only if struggling but reasured now and now told make sure I keep some in stock and on perscription now . Back to see him as usual 3 monthly checkups
