aww glynis pet you must be totally fed up. whenever im on a long course (although never as long as that)ive always had slightly more energy. its only happened a few times that im tired after stopping them. is it not that you have been ill with your asthma for so long that you are so washed out or that you maybe stopped the steroids before being 100%? put your feet up and rest up xxx

Thanks jay39. will be on a bit more and post when feel up to it.just reading the boards xxx

I don't tend to feel like that when I come off steroids but I know some people can. Some people find when they are on steroids they have lots of energy and are euphoric but when they come off them they can feel a bit down. I used to have a friend who was like this- apparently her school teachers could definitely tell whether she was on or off them.

Well done on coming off them by the way and I hope the nasty cough goes away.
