Please no shouting

hello,

I was reading the titles of some posts, in the other topics, such as medical, and people were using capitals for titles. Using capitals is seen as shouting online. People will read your posts weather you shout or not, if they are able to help. Please be aware that shouting is not neccesary. I am not having a go at anybody so please don't take this post badly.
