New message board feature

Off the back of my previous warning, we have added a new feature to the message board.

In addition to being able to report any PMs that are abusive, you will now find that under each message in your Inbox there is a link to ""block this user"", which will prevent them from being able to send you any further PMs.

Hopefully this will prevent some of the sustained abuse that Fluffyfish et al heaped on some unfortunate members of this message board.
